- Found an old Loki installation on a no-longer-maintained Helm chart
- Decided to swap it for VictoriaLogs
- While configuring, found out that an air-gapped Grafana install won't auto-install datasource plugins
- Decided to create a self-hosted Grafana image with VictoriaLogs built in
- Found out that the release pipeline for images is broken because of some random NPM package

Guess what, retrying the same pipeline, and it's working again. 🤯
