👋 Hey, I’m Jorijn Schrijvershof, a freelance DevOps engineer from the Netherlands.
Driven by open-source and automation, I work on projects from Kubernetes clusters to self-hosted tools.
Outside tech, I'm a sports enthusiast who is into running, Krav Maga, and weightlifting. Proud dad, husband, and cat dad to two Maine Coons. 🐾
I'll mostly post about #technology, #opensource, #running, and spending time outdoors, either by foot or on the #motorcycle. 🏍️
One thing I never understood about this Toyota Hybrid is that the factory sheet states its tank holds 45 liters. Yet, when the display indicated there were only 8 kilometers left, I could fit only 31 liters in.
In that case, definitely. In this instance, I have provided development teams with ready-to-use pipelines in the past. Ninety-five percent of cases are covered, but when teams start forking those pipelines, it becomes difficult to ship updates.
@koalalorenzo It helps, but I’m experiencing difficulty having to provide support in a way that we’ve made the tooling generic, and there’s always some exception needed for every project. Generic software for specific projects aren’t always compatible.
It’s not a big downside, but it’s still one.

@renchap perhaps @gotosocial? I know they validate in- and outbound, but I'm not sure if it's RFC9421 compliant.
I've been working with @mahryekuh for my new website, which will be launching soon. Not only have I been very impressed with the quality of work she's producing, but I only now found out that there are bits and pieces like this in the CSS code:
/* Note: `* + *` is called the "Lobotomized owl selector" */
I love this.
